Clifford. male, age 7
I'm Clifford, the big red dog. My mom went to heaven and I sure do miss her. The Rescue promised to find me a home with just as much love that my mom gave me. I am in a foster home with another golden and doing just fine. I am up to date on my vaccines, neutered and heartworm negative. I do need to lose a few pounds, ok maybe more than a few. My foster mom has me on the famous "Green Bean Diet", I'm sure glad I like veggies. I am a sweet boy and I am ready for my new family.
Kyle, male, age 3
I have been one lucky stray dog. I was in a high kill shelter and a wonderful group called Heartworm Project came to the shelter and took me to a vets office. I stayed there for a month while I was being treated for heartworms. Then they called the Rescue and said that I could come to Charleston........ Yippee. I am now in a foster home and doing very well, I am crate trained, up to date on my vaccines and neutered.
Update: Kyle is doing wonderfully in his foster home. He is great with other dogs and just as loving as they come. He has his bags packed and ready for his forever home.

Bart, male, age 7
My name is Bart and my mom went to visit the passed goldens at the Rainbow Bridge. I miss her a lot but I'm doing just fine in my foster home. I am in a foster home with another golden and a foster mom. I am up to date on my vaccines, neutered and heartworm negative. I'm on a diet right now to lose a few pounds and I keep telling my foster mom that it's just that much more to love but she's not buying it. I am a sweet boy and ready for my new forever home.

Gibson, male, 8 months 
I'm Gibson and I'm a happy active boy. I am up to date on my vaccines, neutered and heartworm positive. Right now I am being treated for my heartworms with the monthly pills instead of shots. I am in a wonderful foster home with another dog, a cat and even a cow, of course the cow isn't in the house. My foster family is teaching me how I should behave in the house and we'll keep you updated on my progress.
Update: Gibson is doing very well in his foster home. He has learned his basic commands and housebroken but he is a very energetic boy. He would love a home that is very active to give him the exercise he needs to be a tired and happy boy at the end of the day.
